About the role:
We are actively seeking to appoint an experienced warehouse /Branch Assistant to join our team at Revolution by Design in Osborne Park, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of duties related to sales, including building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Osborne Park sales Inbox for the trading day.
- Ensuring all Customer orders are entered and checked as per the RBDWA SOP.
- Provide overflow support in order entry and sales orders
- Manage store stock purchases.
- Manage the receipting of all stock received.
- Fostering strong relationship with the branch customer base and identifying growth opportunities for the greater business.
- Ensure a safe environment is provided for all people that are on the premises.
- Forklift & Driver License
