SalaryOur Client in Altona are on the hunt for an Administration Superstar.
They are looking for someone who can work well within a team.
- Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm
- $33-$40 per hour
- Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
There is an opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator as part of the Operations team at Altona, Melbourne, for our State-of-the-Art facilities.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role requires versatility and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants need to possess sound administration skills and can demonstrate the ability to self-manage, work autonomously and think logically.
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following qualities;
What You Need
- To demonstrate you have sound administration and co-ordination skills, through prior positions held.
- Be able to work as part of a Team
- High quality verbal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate with transporters, customer service, operations personnel, suppliers.
- Able to conduct purchasing tasks: Ordering materials/services, Goods Receipting, working with SAP and Coupa
- Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are a must.
- Good Excel skills, able to work with spreadsheets.
- Able to process all Dispatch related paperwork, including reconciling Chep pallets.
Main Focus Areas for the Job
- Undertake all administration tasks for the site.
- Undertake all purchasing tasks for the site.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Inventory Manager, Site Supervisors, Site Manager, Purchasing Officer.
