AddressAs the Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing stock, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock and process both purchase and sales orders efficiently.
- Coordinate the movement of stock within the warehouse.
- Prepare, package, label, and organize orders for timely shipment.
- Ensure quality control measures are adhered to with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate closely with sales and client services teams to prioritize and fulfil orders.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards to uphold a safe and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management roles.
- Proficiency with CIN 7 or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Median knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Experience in freight bookings (e.g., Startrack, DHL) and managing transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
