Logistics Coordinator -Export | Truganina| Hanes Australasia
 

Hanes Australasia is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support export functions for Hanes Products in liaison with other divisions and departments. This role is responsible for all planning, controlling , coordinating and reconciling shipments for export operations and ensuring performance meets business expectations. This role is based in our Distribution Centre in Truganina.

 
What will I be doing day to day?

• Outbound deliveries between freight forwarder, warehouses, stores / customers.  Includes all freight types (i.e. sea /air etc)
• Ensure all transport and freight is coordinated to each carrier correctly and in a timely manner (i.e. cartage, shipping line,freight forwarder)
• Coordinate key customer deliveries to ensure service levels are met
• Process export / import documents in a timely manner to lodge correct data needed by the stakeholders including customs
• Management of the process to ensure no delays occur and fines / additional charges are not incurred

What experience/skills do I have?          

• Experience in warehousing/logistics
• Understanding of warehousing and freight providers
• Microsoft Office experience, with advanced Excel skills
• Great communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems in a timely matter, whilst getting to the root cause of potential issues
