Supply Chain Coordinator

The role:
We are looking for a temporary Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Logistics team in Clayton to start ASAP.

• Customer Service: 
• Maintain service level targets through accurate and efficient order releasing in SAP, order processing, tracking delivery into customer and reporting on missed deliveries with a root cause/corrective action mindset
• Apply any stock allocations to orders as per business requirements
• Adhere to order cut off deadlines
• Liaise with warehouse on any special picking requirements
• Support with transport bookings

Identify and help resolve transport and operational-related issues, such as damaged goods, stock discrepancies, and non-conforming items where applicable.
