We currently have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce and Warehouse Coordinator to join our expanding team.
About the Role:
As an E-commerce and Warehouse Coordinator, you will be required but will not be limited to:
- Manage the fulfilment of online orders across our websites and The Iconic, ensuring parcels are packed accurately.
- Provide support to resolve any customer issues and queries via email and shopify chat with customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Process online returns and exchanges.
- Crop photos for online uploads in Photoshop
- Assisting with managing accurate stock levels and general upkeep of warehouse online area.
- Assisting with accepting and unpacking of stock deliveries and Iconic returns.
- Upload products and descriptions into the backend of The Iconic.
- Maintain a clear understanding of company requirements and adhere to brand identity.
- Provide administrative support to our creative team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Photoshop cropping skills
- Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must love women's fashion
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take instructions and learn quickly
- Shopify knowledge would be ideal
We are seeking a positive individual with an engaging personality to join our expanding team. To succeed in the role, you will need exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to relate easily and quickly to a diverse range of people. You also need to be reliable, of good character and to be well presented. An interest and love for women's fashion is also very important.
The successful candidate must be available to work on a full-time basis, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
