We are a young, fast growing and exciting new business with a very bright future. We sell and distribute Seasonings, Sauces and BBQ products throughout Australia into BBQ stores, Butchers and Independent Supermarkets. Not only do we sell the best products on the market but we LIVE & BREATHE them. We love to cook BBQ and do so weekly here at Lane's BBQ HQ. The Role:

As we're expanding and growing, we need a Warehouse Hand to assist our warehouse team leader with all duties including pick and pack. This will be a full time role with potential to grow within the business. 

As our warehouse pick and pack legend, you will be assisting and reporting to our Warehouse Team Leader.. We love our customers and they are at the centre of everything we do. So ensuring they receive their orders quick and with care is our top priority whilst doing so, safely. 

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities would look like:

Full ownership of everything warehouse related which includes the below but not limited to:-

• Pick and packing orders online and wholesale
• Replenishing stock
• Unloading containers
• Ensuring our customers always come first
• Creating shipping labels
• Heavy lifting (orders are upto 25kg)
• Warehouse organisation & maintenance (including use of forklift)
• Stock management
• Managing courier pick up's
• Record keeping of stock & safety measures
• Communication with other team members to ensure all logistics are done in a timely manner
• General warehouse duties

Our Ideal candidate will require to have the following attributes:

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Strong initiative, and to work independently
• Highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can do attitude
• Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic
• Strong customer service knowledge and advantage but not essential
• Strong warehouse experience and knowledge an advantage but not essential
• Forklift ticket preferred
• Intermediate computer skills - Apple Mac experience an advantage. Google sheets and email organisation
