DUTIES OF THE POSITION
General
- Identify business processes and administrative systems needing improvement in efficiencies and implement if approved
- Project management as directed by the CEO
- Research applicable Government Grants and dispense to appropriate State Controlling Body or Department
- Professional and effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- Update and unify branding and details across documentation and website
- Provide assistance to management to achieve Strategic Plan goals
- Build a professional and trustworthy rapport with key stakeholders
- Sport Australia project funding coordination
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
MA Insurance
- Provide admin support for MA Insurance department as required.
Operations Assistance
- Quotes and research where required
- Infrastructure and operations tasks and projects
- Administrative support where required
MA board & Chief Executive Officer
- Assist CEO with business administrative duties as required
- Travel organisation
- Meeting and conference organization
- Accurate and detailed minute taking when requested
- If required, provide support to management teams to ensure all meeting action items are completed in a timely manner
- Assist CEO with policy and plan creation
- Provide prompt and friendly front desk reception for visitors to the MA office
- Researching and conducting data collection as requested
- Update organisation documents and templates
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
- Word processing and general office duties as required
Finance department.
- Prepare annual report.
- Assist with invoicing and staff leave
- Assist with weekly finance matters including collating and emailing documents as required
