Our client are a leading Australian transport and logistics organisation. This administration position will support the warehouse and overall facility administration. A varied and exciting position with lots of potential growth and training opportunities. The position will see you spend your time providing administrative support to the office, warehouse team and transport office.
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Prepare POD documentation for clients
- Data entry in WMS and filing
- Update customers on stock movement and ETA's
- Prepare daily reports for internal team
- Enter time sheets into payroll system
- Entering stock movements into system
- Printing and coordinating connote labels
- Raising Purchase Orders
Key requirements and experience for the role:
- Previous administration experience, preferably gained in a warehouse, logistics environment or fast paced industry
- Strong excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
