Job Summary:
The Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator is responsible for managing the purchase process to ensure seamless transactions between suppliers and NextOre. This role involves building relationships with suppliers, ordering products, negotiating pricing and supply terms, maintaining inventory systems, and facilitating good communication between teams.

Responsibilities:
Supply Chain:
1. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
2. Order products for stock fulfillment
3. Negotiate pricing and supply terms
4. Source products on reporting system where applicable
5. Obtain batch details and certificates of analysis as required
6. Ensure tasks are executed in line with operating procedures
Logistics:
1. Receive goods in against Purchase Requisitions
2. Manage missing or damaged inventory returns
3. Log correct batch information as needed
4. Organize and store inventory in correct locations
5.Arrange disposal of electronics/mechanical components when necessary
6.Facilitate spare parts delivery to customer sites
7.Improve inventory systems processes
8.Maintain cleanliness/tidiness of warehouse
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply chain or logistics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of product safety protocols
- Engineering degree will be preferable
