What will the job involve?
You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations for our Wollongong and Melbourne sites, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment processes. This includes implementing warehouse management systems and procedures to optimise space utilisation, inventory accuracy, and productivity. The role also involves managing the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and address operational challenges.
What qualifications & experience do I need?
- Proven warehouse management experience with a track record of success in leading the team and consistent warehouse management
- Proven experience in leading a team to develop their capability and achieve a common goal
- Customer focused, understands how to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Openness to change, adapting to business evolution and finding creative solutions to problems
- Organised, accountable for owned actions and delegates work appropriately
