About the RoleAs a Digitisation Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our digitisation team, leading and guiding staff to ensure top-tier service delivery. Your leadership will ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients remain satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to and enforce documented procedures for document preparation and scanner operations.
- Allocate resources efficiently according to job priorities.
- Ensure all staff are thoroughly trained on procedures, equipment, and software.
- Provide clients with regular updates on their projects, including any changes to timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address job specifications and resolve queries.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Manage production reports in line with company requirements.
- Uphold health and safety standards for all team members.
- Follow and support all TIMG policies and procedures.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Exceptional organisational and efficiency skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will report to the National Production Manager, who has over 19 years of experience with the company. They are a valued resource and will support you every step of the way. They see the value in sharing a laugh while ensuring the job is done to the highest standard.
