Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Warehouse Cost Control (Warehouse)
- Supervise Daily FC Activities: Maximize efficiency, minimize staff overtime.
- Roster Management: Create and manage warehouse staff rosters.
- Data Analysis: Analyse logistics data for productivity and loss prevention
- Operational Policies: Implement and oversee warehouse operational policies.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory, quality assurance, and logistics productivity.
- Equipment Overall Safety: Ensure effective and safe warehouse equipment use.
- Staff Management: Motivate, discipline, and ensure staff safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintain documentation and accurate warehouse records.
- Adhoc Reporting: Manage adhoc reporting and analysis for Operations group.
- Project Reporting: Report and control costs on project implementations
- Assist Deliveries: Assist with deliveries as needed.
About You:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Customer service, time management, organisational, and administration skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of import/export procedures and customs requirements
