DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Logistics Warehouse Cost Control (Warehouse)
• Supervise all of a FC daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
• Create and Manage Warehouse Staff Rosters
• Analise logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics
• Implementing and overseeing security operations
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Ensuring the safety of staff
• Motivating and disciplining staff
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Assisting with deliveries where required
• Manage adhoc reporting and analysis requests from Operations group
• Reporting / Cost control on project implementations
• Audit Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
ESSENTIAL:

• Have the relevant business experience

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Previous experience working in an analytical capacity
• Customer service skills and relationship building
• Time management, organisational and administration skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of SAP and BW system
• Excellent communication skills.

• Working knowledge of import/export procedures & customs requirements

• Previous relevant experience in similar role and/or work environment/industry

PREFERRED: Knowledge of SAP, Advanced Excel
