Knuckey Smart Logistics is a third-party warehousing and logistics company with warehouses located throughout Australia. Established in 1997, Knuckey Logistics is expanding and are looking to build a modern team to help develop and drive the company as it grows.
The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated person capable of operating our recently acquired 3PL warehouse in Devonport, Tasmania. You will be responsible for all operations for this site, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Strong communication skills are a must as you will be working closely with new and existing customers to help meet their requirements.
Sound business and computer skills are required as you will be responsible for preparing reports, budgets, and maintaining the inventory management system.
The ability to work alone, and remotely as part of a team, is a must.
Duties
- Workplace Health & Safety for a zero-injury environment
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of product being stored
- Ensure that all activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Financial responsibility for business activities at site
