As our Service & Warehouse Manager you will play an important role in ensuring that operational efficiencies are delivered, and our customers experience the highest levels of service.
Primarily the role is that of a Service Manager you will be ultimately responsible for providing the day-to-day support of the service delivery to our residential and commercial customers acting as the primary contact to our customer base, providing customer support, technician resource management and problem solving.
You will also be responsible for work managing all the movements in the warehouse, stock control, customer Service and administration tasks associated with ensuring that all our customer jobs are managed in an efficient manner.
The position is open to anyone in the air condititoning industry, who is looking to step up into a service management position.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities as Service & Warehouse Manager will include:
- Management of all Service & Maintenance activities including:
- Scheduling all Service and maintenance jobs and scheduling technicians
- Liasing direct with customers and technicians to assist with problem solving
- Provide Technical advice and problem solving to service technicians to get equipment operational as quickly as possible
- Manage the quality and performance of the service technicians and maintain great customer relationships.
- Preparation of quotes for Service and maintenance contracts, repairs and replacements of parts, warranties and equipment replacements and upgrades
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in the way we undertake our work
- Coordination of all stock movements in and out of the warehouse and maintain warehouse in a tidy and safe manner including:
- Organise stock in preparation for collection
- Unload deliveries as they arrive
- Maintaining an excellent working relationship with our customer's is of utmost importance.
- Stock control of all inventory items in the warehouse
What you’ll bring
- Strong industry knowledge of Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- Excellent management, leadership, communication, sales and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and good organisational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Practitioner Licence – HVAC Certificate III
- ARC Licence
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to manage staff and committed to training and fostering their skill development.
- Ability to learn and adhere to OH&S requirements
- Experience in using computers and Microsoft office applications, email and internet search

- Physically able to lift and move heavy objects
