Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the team and drive the culture and performance standards of the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including customer service, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Set the culture and performance standards of the site.
- Oversee rostering, efficiencies, and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage and optimize the use of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Lead and mentor direct reports including a 2IC and customer service manager.
- Ensure inventory management and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Proven leadership and management experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or service industry.
- Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Manage 11,500 pallets out of 14,500.
- Operational hours from 5 am to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Safety compliance and inventory management are crucial aspects of the role.
- Salary range: $120k to $125k plus superannuation.
- 10% bonus.
