A full-time position is available now for a Warehouse Manager which will be based out of our main location in Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast). This role will see the successful candidate working closely with our Operations Team, along with leading a small team of their own. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are seeking a self-motivated, reliable and energetic person who is willing to learn and hit the ground running!
Reporting directly to our National Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Successfully managing a warehouse team to ensure dispatch of orders are completed within set timeframes
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of all dispatched orders
- Implementing & coordinating Quarterly Stocktakes without fail, along with rotating stocktakes to ensure SOH levels are correct at all times
- Working with the Ops Team to ensure the warehouse are meeting KPI expectations and targets of the business
- Ensuring warehouse space is being used effectively and efficiently
- Assisting in picking orders, receiving and counting in stock, unloading containers and deliveries
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment within the entire warehouse
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with:
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach
- Experience in Warehouse Management
- Experience in Stock Control, understanding of maintaining accuracy with incoming and outgoing stock
- Experience in Team Leadership and responsibilities
- Good PC & numerical skills
- Experience in Excel & Outlook
- Great communication skills with internal & external contacts
- A good level of fitness, able to lift heavy cartons
Advantageous attributes:
- Good understanding of Safe Manual Handling techniques & warehouse OH&S requirements
- Hold a current Australian manual driver's license
- Hold a current forklift licence
- Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory management systems
