ROLE PURPOSEThe Warehouse Officer is responsible for the accurate inventory recording and associated tasks, receiving, picking and dispatch of all goods.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Possesses the knowledge and skill to understand the SSOPP requirements of all roles within the warehouse as a whole
- Using required systems and tools, accurately process customer orders in a timely manner in line with Winc and the Customer's requirements
- Consults with Drivers and Transport companies to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Understands and applies principles of problem solving within the warehouse as a whole
- Plays an active responsible role in helping to exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards Winc values
- Package orders appropriately to minimise waste, cartons, and damages as well as be accountable for Quality and Accuracy of tasks undertaken
- Excellent team player
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised to practices, processes and procedures
- Experience in a similar role
