Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with strategic preferred suppliers to efficiently acquire top-tier equipment, goods, and services.
- Engaging in direct communication with suppliers to foster strong relationships and streamline procurement processes.
- Meticulously overseeing documentation management to establish a robust compliance trail and ensure seamless accountability.
- Proficiently handling purchase order requisitions with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to QBuild customers
- Work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance
- Connect and maintain relationships with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills including negotiation, minimisation of aggression and dispute resolution as appropriate
- Previous experience in procurement is highly valued

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks but being able to maintain a positive attitude and is a team player.
