Eurofins Environment Testing Australia New Zealand is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 200 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland and Christchurch, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.
Job Description
- Position based in Dandenong South
- Full-time permanent role
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for ensuring that all samples effectively pass through the laboratory in an orderly fashion, that they are easily accessible by laboratory staff, and that they are removed from refrigeration and put in storage or disposed of, once completed.
Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring samples are stocked and organised in the cool room
- Disposing of samples
- Record keeping of samples
- Performing manual labour tasks e.g. loading and unloading eskies and boxes.
Qualifications
- Current Valid Driver License (Essential)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Forklift License (Advantageous)

On the job training will be provided, along with the use of our systems and programs. Previous exposure to a warehouse environment would hold you in good stead, however our successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
