Due to a re-organisation of people within the business, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager (with potential to move to general manager) to join our team at Minchinbury in Western Sydney working Mon to Fri.
We are a small team and you will be required to assist in other areas of the business. Because this is such a key appointment, we are looking for someone exceptional.

Your Duties will include:
Maintain, update and manage Inventory
Sales
Team Leadership, hire & train staff
Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, purchasing, Payroll
Budgets, Financial reporting and strategic planning
Delivering excellent customer service
Reducing costs
Ensuring safe work practices
Work with current general manager with a view to assuming role
Prepare and verify shipping documents and labels
Freight management
Assist with pick and pack + unloading if and when required
Quality control / physical verification of products leaving warehouse
To be considered for this position you must:
Have two or more years of proven experience in sales, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and Warehouse Operations
Strong skills in budget development and oversight
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
The ability to accurately read and write together with solid numeracy skills
Have a great work ethic and a desire to work within a small, close knit team
Be physically capable of handling the requirements of the job (Lifting, bending and standing)
Have a current drivers license
Good time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Knowledge of business productivity software like Word, Excel, MYOB and inventory programs
Experience that would be highly regarded:
Sales experience with Tapware, bathroom accessories etc
Understanding of OH&S requirements within a warehouse
Bachelors Degree ( or equivalent) on operations management, business admin or related field
Multiple years of financial,/ account reporting experience
Strong IT skills
Multiple languages
Fork lift license
Ability to operate a variety of tools / be generally handy
