Recognised as a major competitor to industry leading brands, this business boasts industry leading practices and technologies in their site in Swan-Hill, the business is now positioned to bring on an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing supply chain and Warehouse Operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Processing Manager, your responsibilities include but not be limited to: Overseeing Warehouse Operations including; the management of warehouse personnel, accountability across inward goods receival and the storage of raw and packaging materials, responsibilities across stock control and inventory optimisation, and the monitoring of warehouse metrics including; order fulfilment and cycle times. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business ensuring success across; the availability of materials for production, relationships with external logistics providers coordinating transportation activities, ad working closely with wider teams to assess quality issues and actively contribute to solutions. A focus towards continuous improvement and process optimisation, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing overall operational success. Actively implementing systems, tools and processes to achieve overall goals. Your BackgroundKey requirements for this role are: Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role, FMCG experience will be highly regarded. Experience across warehouse management with strong knowledge in Warehouse Operations, inventory management, and best practice across logistics. A strong team-player who champions an inclusive culture and can drive team values. Self-managed and forward thinking. Must have clear and open communication skills with the ability to engage warehouse staff. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple accountabilities through to completion.
