As the Warehouse and Service Manager based in Ravenhall, Victoria, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our operations, you will manage a small team of repair technicians, warehouse staff and maintain our current spare part operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the large appliance service center at Marks Electronics and our service network. You will provide leadership, monitor performance, and enforce authority and discipline as needed.
- Managing the ongoing development and expansion of service network to achieve industry best practices in electronics repair.
- Monitoring productivity and gross profit, and regularly reviewing these metrics with the Operations Manager.
- Managing service booking lead times to ensure high levels of customer support.
- Maintaining the inventory control system to ensure that workshop supplies meet customer demands and that spare parts are ordered in advance of repairs.
- Handling Warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Adhering to all Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or operations management role within the insurance building industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in report writing and developing scopes of work.
- Familiarity with Electronics repair services.
- Valid driver’s license.
