Your role will encompass overseeing our team of dedicated employees, coordinating rosters, ensuring the seamless execution of daily order fulfillment, and maintaining top-tier team performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire our team members to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to drive individual and team growth.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages accountability and innovation.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, optimising staffing levels to meet order demands and customer service requirements.
- Monitor attendance and address scheduling conflicts to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of both warehouse and customer service operations.
- Continuously evaluate and refine warehouse and customer service processes to maximise efficiency and minimise errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, order fulfillment metrics, customer service response times, and operational challenges/successes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic improvements to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in optimising order fulfillment processes and enhancing customer service experiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
