Junior Administration Assistant

National Auto Glass Supplies is a market leader in the Automotive Glass Industry and has a strong operational presence across Australia and New Zealand.  Due to growth across the business, we are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Administration Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration with a dynamic and supportive team. This role is office-based and requires you to work full-time from our Head Office based in Riverwood, Sydney.

As our Junior Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and the supportive backbone of our head office operations. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• General office support, including maintaining reception area, greeting and assisting visitors when required, and answering/redirecting incoming phone calls
• Manage and maintain office supplies and consumables, including stationery, printed materials, and postal items.
• Manage and prepare board rooms and meeting rooms
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to order required staff uniforms and PPE supplies 
• Assist with organising events, catering and travel arrangements 
• Support the team and assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify priorities and work independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive 'can do' attitude
• Driver’s licence and own mode of transport (essential)
