We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist our Almond Client Manager with our daily operations, site pest control, dry storage and order management of the almond division.
THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Ensure the site adheres to all OH&S policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide assistance with the receival and loading of almonds
- Conduct AQIS Inspections of Nuts Grain and Fresh Fruit
- Fumigate produce as required according to AQIS standards
- Produce Monthly Stock reports
- Ensure quality management standards are under constant review and compliance
- Forklift operations including but not limited to Wine, Dried fruit, and Almonds
- Current driver's licence
- Current forklift licence (minimum 2 years' experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
- Physically fit for manual handling requirements
- Good with systems and strong eye for detail
- Willing to participate in varied on the job training
- Experience in stock management
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Chain of Responsibility
