A growing business, this ISO accredited company manufactures and supplies a wide range of high-quality engineered industrial products to a variety of industries for use in the industrial, infrastructure and domestic markets. With an ever-expanding footprint through a recent acquisition, they have identified the need to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees Warehouse team and operations at our Corio site, ensuring goods are received, identified, stored, picked and dispatched appropriately, ensuring delivery, on time and in full. The Warehouse Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Coordinate Warehouse staff to carry out relevant duties
• Organise and manage warehouse stock location for ease of accessibility and effective space utilisation
• Coordinate dispatch of goods required by customers
• Ensure inventory items are in good order and warehouse kept clean, neat and tidy
• Lead annual stocktake process

• 5+ years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment
• Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential)
• High Reach experience (advantageous)
• Experience in managing performance and KPI's
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a similar environment (advantageous)
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership for your work
