About the Role:
As a member of our Operations Team, you will be a key player in our fast-paced, complex and enjoyable work culture that is driven by a collective ambition to delight the consumers of the world's leading brands. The ideal candidate for this role will share the same drive and passion as the business and team, with a keen eye for details and a proactive, problem solving focus.
In this role you will effectively manage the Blackhawk fulfilment team for one of our largest clients, ensuring that they are supported to meet client SLA's and KPI's. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes as well as manage and develop our staff to ensure delivery of the client's requirements at the highest standards.
You will be leading a team working mostly on production-based work which includes working across our Trimatt cardline machinery. You would therefore be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and have the ability to understand and follow strong process procedures and controls. Ideally you would be mechanically minded and perhaps have led a team in the data card, mail or printing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Leadership:

About You:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar Warehouse Operations or Production role.
- High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to conflicting priorities.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team by example.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Quick and accurate customer service status information.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to look for innovative ways to improve productivity and job performance.
- Buil a high performance, one team culture that works together to achieve outstanding results.
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- IT Competency/ Qualifications are an advantage.
