The Pavements & Contracts Supervisor is responsible for the efficient delivery of the Road Treatment Programs including asphalt, stabilisation, sealing and all associated Pavement Treatment Programs. The Pavements & Contracts Supervisor is also responsible for works carried out by contractors and in-house staff as required as well as managing budgets for the various projects.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Key activities of this role include:
- Coordination of multiple projects including setting work priorities for both internal and external resources to assist in the preparation and delivery of the various Capital Works Programs
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring project budgets in order to report on ongoing various projects and programs
- Utilising engineering principles to ensure technical aspects of work being delivered is in accordance with legislation, regulations and statutory requirements

- You are a skilled project manager with experience in the supervision of asphalt, stabilisation and sealing treatment programs
- You thrive in a role where you assess, interpret and judge information, then formulate recommendations to allow teams to complete civil works programs

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $82.9k to $99.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 11% superannuation.
A tool of trade vehicle will also be provided for this role.
A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role with flexible working arrangements available.
