Warehouse Team Leader

About the role:

• You will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating employees in a fast-paced distribution centre.
• Deliver efficiencies to support budget targets.
• Manage employee performance and grievances.
• Show initiative and be proactive in carrying out corrective actions in order to identify and eliminate errors.
• Utilise RF Scanning technology to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor and review operational methods for further improvements and savings.

What You Bring to the Party:

• Current LF forklift licence is essential.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Can display initiative with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience with a conveyor system beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail highly valued.
• Able to work well under pressure.
