About the job:
- Organise and supervise dispatch of goods, following Onetrak’s internal systems and processes
- Provide direction and organise the picking and distribution of orders
- Report daily on picking performance and completion of administrative tasks (invoicing/short supply etc)
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Prepare parcels and pallets for parts orders for distribution to our national network and direct customer shipping
- Assist with receiving and unloading/loading trucks
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to Onetrak’s standards
- Maintain inventory control and integrity
- Assist in annual stock take and counting of inventory as required
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all time.
- Other duties as required and reasonable
About You:
We are looking for a team player, who takes pride in high quality work and is always looking to improve.
- Current driver’s license with reliable transport
- Current Forklift license with reach and counter balance experience
- 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Intermediate data entry and computer skills required
- Experience with 3rd party Transport booking portals highly desirable.
- Experience in dispatch is essential for this role
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.

- You will be self-motivated, have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve and have the confidence, skill and knowledge to work autonomously.
