Warehouse Controller

We are seeking a Permanent Full TimeWarehouse Controllerto join our West Footscray Distribution Centre. You will be responsible for picking, packing,receiving, storage and dispatch of Hempel products and supporting the small warehouse team to meet daily objectives.

As the Warehouse Coordinator you will:

• Transacting outgoing shipments and transfer shipments to other warehouses
• Pick and pack internal and external orders, and return shipments
• Tint paint as required and monitor tint paste usage
• Ensure HSE processes and proper housekeeping are followed in all areas of the DC
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Lifting up to 35kg and being very active in this physical role

In order to be considered you will have:

• A Forklift License- High Reach experience ideal but not essential
• Computer knowledge, specifically with SAP / ERP systems
• Great communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ensuring what they are doing is correct
• Experience with Stock takes, loading and unloading trucks being hands-on on the floor
