Where? - Our Invermay Showroom and Trade Store in Launceston 

When? - Full time – Monday to Friday 

What Time? – 8am to 4pm Daily

About the role 

Based in Invermay, at our Trade Store and Retail Showroom, this role is a unique opportunity for someone with an interest in Warehousing & Supply Chain Logistics. 

We also want to hear from you if you currently work in a warehouse, drive an MR delivery vehicle and are looking for the support and qualifications to grow and develop your skill base and career.

Key responsibilities:

• Inventory management and stock control
• Locate and process customer orders
• Safely load and unload goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Forklift operation – in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain forklift and record and report any problems
• Answer customer questions and providing delivery timeframes
• Assist and help our clients when needed in the trade showroom

Skills & Experience:

Essential 

• A clean driver’s licence.
• Your own transport to and from work
• Polite, punctual, proactive, and positive
• The desire to learn

Very desirable skills 

• Forklift Licence – BRILLIANT
• MR licence - AWESOME
• Warehousing experience – YES PLEASE!
• Understanding of the Joinery or Building trade – WE WANT YOU NOW!

* Please note we are happy to support the right candidate to gain a Forklift and MR licence as this will be an essential part of the job role in the future.
