Key Responsibilities

• Warranty claims processing within manufacturer guidelines
• Advise/guide service branches on optimising warranty claims opportunity
• Working closely with team members including cross training in all manufacturers

The Successful Applicant will possess

• Knowledge of warranty claims processes within the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting responsibilities
• Outcome focussed and ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
• Positive 'can do' attitude and a hands-on approach
• Previous experience using Excel and generating reports
• Experience with PENTANA/TUNE/TITAN systems are desirable but not required
