Warranty Clerk / Service Administrator

Midland Hyundai and Kia are seeking a customer focused Service and Warranty Administrator (Casual) for an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Service Department.

Who we are:

Midland City is comprised of 7 manufacture dealerships plus, CARCO, Opposite Lock, Midland 4WD, WA Car Buying Centre and BoatingCo. Midland City are part of the Autoleague group, a national innovative and forward thinking automotive group with 28+ dealerships across Australia.

You will be joining WA’s fastest growing car dealership which has recently won the Large Business of the Year Award 2023 and New Large Business Award at Swan Business Awards 2023.

The Role:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answering phone calls and greet customers in person in a friendly manner
• Assist the service team and any ad hoc duties as required by the Service Manager.
• Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and costing of repair orders.
• Maintain comprehensive and organised warranty records for all transactions.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturers, service advisors, and other dealership staff to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
• Collaborate with service technicians to gather detailed information on repairs and parts replacements covered under warranty.
• Address any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims, coordinating resolutions as needed.
