Bergmans Auto Group has a vacancy for a Warranty Clerk to join our team located at Rockingham within our fast paced, growing, multi franchise dealership including Isuzu Ute, Ssangyong and motorhomes. The position is available for an immediate start, full time Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for all aspects of warranty claims and related issues, ensuring factory payments and internal accounts reconcile each month. The successful applicant must be fully conversant with all manufacturer warranty information, ensuring all claims are accurate and are processed in a timely manner.
The position includes assisting with other administrative tasks as required like costing job cards and providing top quality and an outstanding service experience to our customers, handling customer enquiries, feedback, service bookings and liaising with workshop staff on service and repair requirements to ensure smooth, compliant operation of our warranty claims.
You must possess the following skills:
Proven experience in warranty claims and processing.
Experience in the automotive, preferably in a service position
Strong communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
A friendly approachable personality and the ability to work as a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and the continually changing work environment demands.
Drive key performance indicators and achieve results.
Mechanical knowledge of motor vehicles.
Professional presentation.
Excellent computer and administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Current driver licence.
