The Waterproofing Technician role reports to the Operations Manager and is based predominantly out of our office in Arndell Park.
Hours of work are Mon-Fri from 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Salary base from circa $60,000 + super + car allowance based on prior experience. This is a permanent full-time position and includes a generous car allowance and will require you to have or acquire an appropriate vehicle to complete the requirements of the role.
We are looking for that special person, a team player who can also work unsupervised. Someone who is not afraid of hard work and is results driven, someone with experience/exposure to waterproofing and tiling and is a good communicator.
In this role you will get to:
- Manage & oversee Waterproofing across residential construction sites
- Ensure WHS & Quality Controls are maintained
- Liaise with Office Staff
In this role you will need:
- Waterproofing Trade Qualification/Licence
- Waterproofing Experience
- Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills
Although you will spend the majority of your day on site there is associated administration and computer work involved with the role which includes documenting upcoming, current, and past works and WHS compliance, so a solid level of familiarity with computer competency.
