Join our Banking and Financial Services division as a Wealth Product Director, leading our Transformation and Platform Engagement teams. Our team manages the Macquarie wrap platform, the central hub for advisers to access managed funds, domestic and international securities, direct fixed income, managed accounts, online trading and cash.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Head of Wealth Platform Product, you will be responsible for leading and driving the evolution of our strategic Transformation and product communication capabilities. As a Product Transformation and Communication Director, you will have significant experience in driving large programs of change.

You will also adopt a Human Centred Design approach and engage with our clients to develop great solutions. Additionally, you will have a passion for communication and thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment that is often subject to change.

What you offer

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a delivery or project/change management capacity within a financial services organisation
• Experience with leading organisational change in line with a change management framework
• Ability to monitor and implement controls to adequately manage risk within business tolerance
• Ability to proactively identify dependencies across the portfolio of projects and Communications that impact internal teams and our clients
• Strong people leadership skills along with effective stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in working with Agile development teams would be beneficial but not mandatory.
