Web Developer - Remote

We’re seeking a talented dev to join our small tech team within an amazing, rapidly growing start-up in the allied health space. The right candidate will be driven by building and refining products that users love, and have proven experience building with modern js frameworks. As a Web Developer on our team, you'll play a key role in building and refining the digital products that power our growing business across eCommerce, education, and healthcare.

Whether you're a full-stack engineer or a frontend specialist with a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you.

This is a remote full time role.

At TPP OT Services, we provide high-quality community paediatric Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and AHA services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS sector. TPP OT Services has expanded into 3 diverse business' - The Play Projects (our clinic), Therapy at home (our comprehensive at home therapy kits sent out nationwide) and The Play Way (E-commerce store selling products and providing bite sized education to parents). Our main aim is to help parents raise happy, healthy and confident kids!

About the role - Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on performance, security, and delightful UX
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine requirements based on user testing and market feedback
• Contribute to the architecture and technology selection for greenfield projects
• Prototype quickly, ship early, and iterate rapidly based on internal and customer input

You need:

• 2+ years of experience building web apps with React, Vue, or a similar modern js framework
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Node.js or other server-side technologies (preferred)
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Passion for user-centric design and a track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences
• To be located within Australia with VISA rights

Desirable:

• Bonus points for experience with WordPress, Shopify/WooCommerce, Figma, Flutter, or UI/UX design
