A new opportunity has become available to join our team in Karratha. This customer-facing role will enable you to further develop invaluable skills in the day to day running of our operations.
- Monday to Friday 7am - 4 pm
- Karratha Location
- $40 per hour

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Timely and professional customer service
- Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
- Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
- Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
- Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
- Demonstrating a high focus on safety
- Data Entry and raising PO's
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience handling accounts and invoicing
- Demonstrated Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Reliable and efficient team player
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable criteria:
- Cash management experience
- Previous experience operating a weighbridge
- Transport scheduling exposure will be highly regarded
- Data Entry
- Administration Experience
