- Decision Responsibilities Key responsibilities include Plan, organise and control the day to day functions of the Weighbridge and Silo Storage
Area Be responsible for the receival of all incoming grain, operation of the weighbridge and the record all grain and finished product movements Monitor and control the quality of incoming grain, carrying out quality checks. Report any quality issues to the QA Department Undertake on-going Operational Preventative Maintenance on oat recievals and storage equipment Qualifications Requirements for the role include Experience in Production (Agriculture, Food, Grain Handling industries preferred) Good communication, people management and problem-solving skills Understanding of GMP requirements and work standards Current Forklift operator certificate (or willing to obtain) Dare for Better with our expanding employee benefits: Career development opportunities across our entire global organisation.
