About the role:
We are looking for a Weighbridge Operator at our Newman Quarry, located in Newman WA, to co-ordinate all deliveries and ex-plant sales safely and efficiently. This is a residential role which includes the operation of the weighbridge and associated administrative tasks in a professional and friendly manner. Holcim are offering an attractive remuneration package which includes a North West living allowance and will provide on the job training.
Responsibilities
- Operate trade-certified weighbridge
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Maintain a detailed daily job sheet
- Diligent monitoring of work in progress
- Daily truck scheduling & allocating
- Perform administrative tasks associated with day to day running of the quarry

- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a team
- Flexible and willing to work across all facets of quarry activities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills desirable
- Ability to work autonomously
