Welder / Boilermaker

Seeking a proficient Welder/Boilermaker with expertise in stainless steel to become part of our team!

Lead Group has recently formed a partnership with a leading manufacturer specializing in various industries, renowned for their expertise in medium fabrication, sheet metal, and stainless steel fabrication. We are currently in search of a qualified Welder/Boilermaker to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the meticulous welding and fabrication of components, ensuring adherence to precise specifications and upholding the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Skillfully interpret and implement engineering blueprints.
• Utilize MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques with precision.
• Operate welding equipment safely to achieve outstanding results.
• Craft components from various materials, spanning sheet metal to heavy fabrication.
• Conduct meticulous quality checks to ensure superior craftsmanship.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to tackle fabrication hurdles.
• Maintain a tidy workspace to uphold efficiency and safety standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Actively seek opportunities for process enhancement to boost productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated welding expertise, especially with stainless steel.
• Possession of a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade.
• Mastery of MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Proficiency in both imperial and metric drawing interpretation is preferred.
• White Card, trade certificate, and forklift ticket are advantageous, not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols is a must.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
