About the Role

For the Right Person, You will be responsible for Welding/Fabrication of steel furniture, shopfitting components, displays and other various metal products.

Variety is the keyword, in projects, metals and experience.

Skills and Qualification

• Trade qualification would be preferred 
• Experience with MIG and TIG, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium Welding.
• Be able to work from drawings, and fully understand engineering terminology and weld symbols.
• Must be able to dress welds to a high standard.
• Must have Knowledge of standard tools, materials, and practices of the welding trade.
• Must be able to set welding equipment and other standard tools and equipment.
• Ability to visually inspect welds and determine compliance with standards.
• Ability to Fabricate using and making Templates and Fixtures.
• Positive Attitude and physically fit.
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact with other team members and machinists in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a small team.
