We are seeking applications for a dedicated and experienced Wellbeing Consultant to join our dynamic team!

What you will be doing?

This position shares responsibility for the ongoing development and implementation of the Wellbeing Strategy for Catholic Education in Western Australia (CEWA). This strategy aims to foster wellbeing individually, collectively, and organisationally within a Catholic educational context.

What we can offer you

  • Salary range for this position is J1 to J4 on the CEO salary scale ($126, 288 - $141, 406 per annum) plus superannuation.
  • 5 days additional paid leave when the office closed (over Christmas and Easter).
  • Accrues additional 13 days of annual leave pro rata per annum.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills:

  • Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of current research and evidence-based approaches relevant to wellbeing within a school context.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing resources and implementing training for adult learners with excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence change and work in collaborative partnerships with school leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated data-informed practice and capacity to measure and evaluate improvement and impact over time.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a highly productive environment as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated high quality written skills and competence in the use of information and communication technologies.
  • A tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Wellbeing, Health Promotion (or equivalent relevant training)
  • C class driver's license

A current National Police History Check as issued by the Department of Education Western Australia and a Valid Working with Children must be provided by the successful applicant.
