- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and shipment preparation
- Physically capable of lifting and moving packages as needed
- Mechanical knowledge for machining is preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Organize and prepare shipments, ensuring timely dispatch
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders via email or phone
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse process
- Some maching process is required
