The Role
They are currently looking for a WHS Manager to support the functions performance of one their successful production business units. You will streamline and drive WHS culture and systems, towards improving engagement to industry best practice levels.
In addition you will:  

• Role model safety leadership values and behaviours
• Proactively manage change and seek out ways to help managers fulfill their responsibilities as leaders
• Collaborate with the operational leadership team to find effective solutions to WHS challenges
• Provide risk management coaching and support to drive improved risk management practices across the site
