THE ROLE:
- Report to the OHS Supervisor, work on a variety of construction projects, with a focus on occupational health and safety
- Facilitate site inspections and provide guidance based on the Safety First philosophy
- Facilitate workplace inspections and internal audits
- Monitor compliance with the incident reporting and investigation process
- Implement WHS systems and assist with its compliances
- This role is 100% site based
- Cert IV in Health and Safety is a must
- Current Australian driver's license
- Background in residential construction
- Experience in similar role within the construction industry
- 2+ years experience working onsite
- Experience mentoring and coaching site staff on OHS
- $85-95k + super + a car
- Roaming role with vehicle and fuel card offered
