Form of workWe require an experienced and dynamic Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our boutique Gold Coast Wills and Estates law firm to service our existing client base and network of referrers. You must have a minimum of 2 years post admission experience in Wills and Estates law.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- administering estates including obtaining Probate and Letters of Administration
- provide advice on estate planning
- experience in estate litigation is an advantage but not essential.
An attractive remuneration package and incentive bonus structure and partnership prospects is on offer for the right candidate. We offer flexible working hours including part time employment to suit family commitments. LEAP experience is also an advantage but not necessary.
